Process Details
Class and Salary Manager creates the Compensation Strategy.
Class and Salary Analyst creates or updates the Salary Plans. If the Salary Plan is new, the Class and Salary Analyst creates a new Salary plan and specify the frequency defaults, creates grades and steps associated to the Salary Plan and updates job codes to include the new salary plan and grades default. If the Salary Plan need to be updated, the Class and Salary Analyst inserts new effective dated rows with Salary Plan changes and the new compensation rates. Review Salary Plan reports such as Salary Grade, Salary Grade/step, Ratio Analysis, Above maximum Analysis and Below Minimum Analysis. Then, runs the custom UID4062-Salary schedule report with all changes to post to the AOB website.
